On the New York Times has appeared this статия : “Protecting Europe’s Privacy” by Viviane Reading , our vice president of the European Commission and the E.U. justice commissioner.

While reading I was filled with a deep sense of protection and security…then I suddenly wake up and face the truth!!!The words sound like a lullaby with happy ending….but reality it’s a nightmare!

Now it’s time to do FACTS!!! It’s not more time to sing songs!

Since 2008 there is a european law which obliges whoever it’s the owner of a european geolocalized web site ( e.g. .it in Italy, .fr in France, .de in Germany ) to declare an official local office and so a VAT number ( Value added Tax ) to compell to local law ( civil, company and fiscal ones ). Why none of the institutions and control bodies have sanctioned EXPEDIA, and it’s ex-owned and still controlled, ABUSIve and ILLEGITIMATE web site TRIPADVISOR ?

This is a typical example of misleading advertising and unfair competition with total tax evasion…why they keep on operating in the turism market, violating all europen and local laws ?

Now it’s time to act…
