Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Yahoo, Apple, eBay, Amazon, Expedia together against European privacy and net neutrality
Always interesting articles by Alessandra Talarico and between these, one in particular that it focuses on the mechanisms that have weakened and are weakening Europe , its citizens and its companies.
That American companies did lobbying and pressures , was well known for years, but they were concerted efforts to restrict the right to privacy and defend a false , as partial, Net Neutrality, is a troubling sign.
It means that the dish is so up for grabs “greedy” which can not exist local laws or European which can not be “domesticated”….and of course for all this we have to thank our European political representatives!
I applaud France which was the first to not fold and is not folding!
Germany has woken up and seems to be raising its voice!
Italy is, as usual, late and various “spokesman” they are aligning, more for a general malaise, than for a real feeling of “invasion”….but this should have arisen in healthy subjects, independent, ethically solid and lovers of public affairs… rare subjects , how unobtainable nowadays!
Now the sgenali are all there and the moment is clearly evident: economic crisis, lack of employment, decreased competitiveness … and still we continue to talk about the cloud and applications developed for the network, it seems, it is practically monopolized by the OTTs ( Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Yahoo, Apple, eBay, Amazon, Expedia )!
If you do not think of the network as a means only, and if you don't focus on manufacturing again, let our lifeblood be sucked by whom “ha i extra server EU” and does not pay taxes in our territory.
Despite the aggressive action to pilot and control Europe, the Prism case is opening the eyes of the most inexperienced and is making the position of mercenaries who have sold out all of Europe for private purposes rethink.
With this thrill of honesty , we hope that also journalists and who should judge independently, can critically begin to see the dangers and suggest the values to get out of this crisis, instead of lining up to provide FALSE INFORMATION and astroufing!
