ComputArte invitation to CasaIdea 2014
ComputArte a CasaIdea 2014 at the Nuova Fiera di Roma from 22 al 30 March.

ComputArt will be present at Kazakhdea 2014, from the 22 al 30 March, al Pad.3 stand R 30 with important research partners such asAir Pollution Institute of the National Research Council (CNR-IIA), ICTinnova e RomaMakers.

The fusion of everyone's skills and specializations, has allowed us to develop an extremely refined and advanced home automation environment, but at the same time simple to use.

In our overall vision, we have all concentrated on making services and functions that increase the quality of life inside the home truly usable, ensuring privacy and security.

For this reason we have involved ICTinnova, a spin-off from the La Sapienza University of Rome, Do. of Engineering, Multimedia laboratory conducted by Prof. Gianni Orlandi.

Lng. Marco Maisto, together with laboratory colleagues, has developed an extraordinary dashboard with gesture and voice access (under development), to allow the choice of commands, directly on the TV located in the living room comfortably seated on the sofa at home.

Through the collaboration with RomaMakers, experts in the new frontiers of open electronics and 3D printing, in particular with Stefano Vergano and Silvio Tassinari, two of the founders of the group, we had the function dashboard, with everything we usually control and command in our homes: lights, air conditioners, door, windows, curtains, alarms, video surveillance.

A multisensory hybrid system for the characterization of the air quality developed by the Atmospheric Pollution Institute of the CNR is being tested. This system is useful for monitoring indoor air quality through the detection of volatile compounds related to the presence of pollutants harmful to health. The system is also designed for applications aimed at monitoring the quality of the food that arrives on our table from the point of view of their freshness / perishability. A prototype of this multisensory hybrid system will be present at the stand, developed by Eng. Emiliano Zampetti (CNR-IIA).

We look forward to seeing you at CasaIdea to show you WHAT USEFUL technology can do for EVERYONE.
