The October attempt to hide their spy

It is becoming common knowledge that all the data that we generate and that passes through tablets, smartphones and phablets are spied on completely and continuously.
The counter move of the spies ( le OTT ) is in making us believe that they help us protect our data by encrypting them on the terminals themselves.
They even are articles released ( source key4biz ) in which the police bodies, FBI included, they would have complained about this characteristic… but they are nonsense from the media circus.
Let's analyze the facts: both Google and Apple , in recent weeks they have been quick to declare their absolute loyalty in defending data privacy and security, offering the possibility to encrypt them against third parties spying, including NSA, FBI and POLICE ....
Unfortunately in these statements they forgot to mention it themselves ( le OTT ) they will continue to collect and spy on all plaintext data on their servers….( source article on Datamanager ) J
How else could they continue to sell profiled advertising ? (… .At best case scenario!!!!)
The CLOUD is the largest theft attempt in the history of ICT!!!!
Upload data knowingly or unconsciously ( with apps that “rape” the cellphone ) it means losing all authority over your data without knowing who will use them and above all who will abuse them for commercial purposes ( at best ... )
To be intellectually honest, it is also necessary to point out that the spying took place and also happens on fixed PERSONAL COMPUTERS , tramite i cookies, but unlike mobile technology with some forethought, within everyone's reach, it was and it is possible to limit if not reset this espionage.
But MOBILE technology evolves and even surpasses cookies ( source article on Key4biz ) by integrating unmatched espionage features into the operating system itself… .to the delight of OTTs..
Not only the OTTs spy on everything and everyone, but there are companies that exploit the huge flaws in operating systems, can make mobile terminals "PERFECT BEDS": la FinFisher ( German company ) produces sw malware able to access and interact on the network by exploiting the terminals of the target subjects and Italy has invested 1,6 Millions of Euros in these technologies ...

But because all this has happened and is happening?!
When a problem seems insurmountable, there is usually who , within the team row against ... and it is the hypothesis that is gathering around the alleged "collaboration" by Commissioner Malmstrom with the OTT lobbies to "soften" the legislation for the protection of the privacy of European citizens ( source article Key4biz ).
Then there are those who are trying to make the "quail jump" from the ship that is taking on water with a destiny already marked ( the fall of the OTT empire ), to the chariot of accusers and saviors of the WEB as a free and democratic tool ...in this article in the Corriere delle Comunicazioni Sir. Berners Lee ( one of the founding fathers of the network ) now wants to write a Magna Carta to save the web ( still not understanding that the network is made up of individual users who must ALL be respected ... ..but what has he done or was doing in the last 10 years , while the OTTs have violated all the simplest rules of coexistence ( from fair competition, fiscal correctness, respect for privacy )?
In this editorial by Umberto Bertelè, attention is drawn to how the owners and managers of OTTs begin to be hated and envied like bankers .... ( source article on ICT4executive ).
But what the eminent journalist missed , after having listed the actions that have been implemented at the level of a single European country ( France and Germany ) and like G20, Italy is IMBALZAMATO and unable to charge taxes to INCORRECT operators who continue to compete unfairly by crushing an economy unable to recover if the rulers ( now RENZI ) they do not act, instead of messing around wasting VITAL AND PRECIOUS time.
It is also interesting to understand how the technology able to recognize us is evolving… by looking at us ( In this article on EDP Line , it is mentioned that the FBI has developed a platform capable of cross-referencing facial recognition data ( technology already widely used by Facebook to recognize us in the photos .... ) with other physiological parameters such as fingerprints and iris. Great for fighting crime, but for those who abuse it for commercial and social profiling purposes, policy, religious ,financial, sexual etc etc. ?!?
Fortunately the picture is not as bleak as in recent years: the European Commission seems to have woken up from a by now unsustainable numbness ( source article on Key4biz )
,It is news these days that Ireland may be accused of state aid to companies such as Apple and Fiat for accepting that they paid LESS than 2% of taxes .... A more aggressive form of unfair competition is difficult to identify!!!
Finally, an applause to the potential future new EU Commissioner for the Digital Single Market Andrus Ansip who with his statements made it clear that if the United States of America does not change the privacy protection policy of "collected" data on European citizens , the data "sharing" agreement between Europe and the US can be questioned ...
In a Europe and Italy invaded and infested by short-sighted politicians who are deliberately blind and deaf to the primary needs of citizens and companies ( for FAIR competition and tax equality ) few but very good are the characters who are fighting for our rights, in Italy first of all the President Francesco Boccia!
