Privacy: the most protected suspects of ordinary citizens and businesses!

E’ absurd! The evil of an institution that is not able to guarantee EQUAL CONDITIONS for all citizens and companies has now become clear.

In this article the actions and measures that will be taken in the next ones are explained 18 months to protect data on wiretapping of suspected persons…. and’ hallucinating to note that more attention is paid to protecting the privacy of these subjects, rather than protecting that of all the rest of the citizens and companies subjected to CONTINUATIVE AND OPEN SPYING by all the OTTs that offer fixed and mobile internet services!

The European Commission continues to announce actions in defense of citizens and companies and to promise sanctions to Google and others “cunning of the planet” ( Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Expedia etc etc. ) but on a concrete level, nothing has been done yet!!!!

Only the economic crisis is awakening some politicians and in turn some institutions ready to “enforce the just rights of Europeans”….while until a few months ago they could easily be trampled and raped without anyone objecting anything.

The paradox is that those who are under investigation for allegedly illicit behavior and bad thinking are protecting themselves more. , it almost seems that this will stems from the same politicians who care much more for their privacy than for the status of citizens, we should all have, equated.

E’ impressive to read the series of actions that the Privacy Guarantor Soro deems necessary to guarantee this right: physical security measures ( personal badges with secret code, biometric sensors, tracked accesses, specific authorizations and well-defined tasks, closed circuit video surveillance ) of IT security ( system administrators authentication and exclusivity of data access stations, networks protected with firewalls, unalterable records of all ongoing and completed operations, content encryption, copies without external elements, communication encryption of IP addresses and the network itself) ….. and for citizens “normal”?!?!?!

another question: but in all this, how can we continue to offer cloud?!

Who will guarantee the same conditions and rights also for citizens and companies who are increasingly in difficulty due to unexpected leaks and unfair competition?!
