The banality of a misleading advertising statistic ( Tripadvisor )

About this article ( http://www.key4biz.it/Players/Vinti/2013/06/Smart_Device_Tablet_Smartphone_Vacanze_Pc_Email_Tripadvisor_Ricerca.html)

you read trivial data and statistics, reported from an abusive and illegitimate source such as www.tripadvisor.it …it doesn't take a sample “representative” more than 1000 users ( among other things, statistically not very representative if not distinguished by age groups, work and other parameters ) to understand that all portable tools invade our private life “offering us for free” access to the network…

But it actually does work, the commitment to keep social networks updated, and the ability to buy with discounts ( more or less real, on products of dubious quality ) it is taking quality time away from our real lives and social relationships.

One thing is certain: be connected continuously to the network, it means being bombarded with information that requires our attention, our time and our energies….and all this because they delude us that it is the right thing to do!!!

Just an invitation: Take back your time and live in the real world, because the virtual world is built to subtract primary energies!

There will never be any technology that can make you experience an emotion like that of seeing ( live!) a sunrise by the sea.

And right by the sea, when you should relax, read a book ( true on paper pages ), playing beach tennis, play a game of beach volleyball, andare in wind surf, fare kyte, go sailing, play cards, chat or make one or more phone calls to distant people, technology enters overwhelmingly and offers the possibility to update social networks….it seems like an exhibitionist syndrome that takes those who cannot help but upload photos and comments in real time… and those who are thought to be alone 5 minutes, one inevitably slips towards the hours!!!

And like many travelers, addicted to always having to share their experiences, they become unwitting reporters of a site that manipulates the truth and produces misleading advertising like Tripadvisor. ( It is known that anyone can write reviews even without having even seen the property …which produces both false negative reviews and libel, che positive false , written by the hoteliers themselves…)
